The Company’s corporate object is the following:
The acquisition and development of urban real estate for lease. This development will include the rehabilitation of buildings in the terms foreseen in Value Added Tax Act 37/1992, of 28 December
The holding of participations in the capital stock of Real Estate Investment Trusts [Sociedades Anónimas Cotizadas de Inversión en el Mercado Inmobiliario] (“SOCIMIs”) or in that of other non-Spanish resident entities with the same corporate object as the former, subject to a similar regime as the one foreseen for SOCIMIs as regards any legal or by-law mandatory policy on the allocation of profit.
The holding of participations in the capital stock of other entities, whether or not residing in Spain, whose main corporate object is the acquisition of urban real estate for lease, subject to the same regime as that established for SOCIMIs as regards any legal or by-law mandatory policy on the allocation of profit, which meet the investment requirements referred to in Article 3 of Act 11/2009, of 26 October, regulating Real Estate Investment Trusts [Sociedades Anónimas Cotizadas de Inversión en el Mercado Inmobiliario].
The holding of shares or participations in Real Estate Collective Investment Institutions [Entidades de Inversión Colectiva Inmobiliaria] regulated in Act 35/2003, of 4 November, on Collective Investment Institutions."

Mr Abascal is a member of GIC Real Estate Europe and carries out activities of supervision of the portfolio and activities of investment in Europe. He joined GIC in 2007 and from then on he has been responsible for the Joint Ventures and investments in Europe, with a special focus in Spain and France. Additionally, he is the representative of Euro Fiarview Private Limited a non-executive director of GMP and Cegereal S.A.
Before becoming part of GIC Real Estate, he worked for 6 years at General Electric, where he was part of the Real Estate team, and participated in operations throughout Europe.
Mr Abascal has a degree in Engineering Sciences from the Central School of Lyon.
Ms Lim Yoke Peng joined GIC in 1999 assuming from that moment different responsibilities within the financing department, specialising in Real Estate. Currently she holds the position of senior vice-president of the financing department and manages the team specialising in real estate activities. She has a degree in accounting (with honours) from the Nanyang Technological University in Singapore, and is a Chartered Accountant.
Currently a partner at Afiens, he has extensive professional experience with a clear international profile. His professional career has taken place at Baker & McKenzie, Deloitte and Auxadi, where he has advised Latin American, US and European companies on commercial law, investment and dispute resolution. Moreover, he is an associate professor at the Business Institute. Leonardo has significant experience in the investment of Latin American capital in Spain and an extensive network of international contacts.
He obtained a degree in Law from the Catholic University Andrés Bello, in 2004; a Master at the Business Institute Law School in 2008. After finishing his studies in Law in Caracas and Madrid, he continued its academic studies at the National University of Singapore in 2009, as well as through the participation in forums and conferences in Europe and America. His studies of law at the Universidad Alcalá de Henares were officially recognized in 2010.
Currently a partner at Afiens, she has belonged to the legal team of Auxadi for twelve years, where she has been leading the Legal Department since 2003. During the last 12 years of her professional career Lorena has helped more than 100 companies to establish themselves in Spain, she is currently the Secretary of the Board of Directors of 29 multinational companies and Council of the Universidad Oberta de Cataluña. She is member of the Honourable College of Lawyers of Madrid from 2000.
She obtained a degree in Law from Universidad San Pablo CEU in 1999, and in Business Administration from the Southbank University in London in 2000; she has a Master’s Degree in Legal Advice for Enterprises (ESIC 2003), a Master’s Degree in Data Protection Auditing (2009), a Managing Development Program (IESE Business School 2013), postgraduate studies in management development (Harvard University 2012) and specialisation courses (Business Institute 2012), in China – EU School of Law (Beijing, China) in 2010 and with the Madrid Bar Association.
